Overview:
The Business Development Manager must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm with occasional evenings and weekends.

Business Development is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with referral sources. This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume. This position will also be responsible for community outreach programs.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and developing referral opportunities with new business customers.
- Maintains positive relationships with existing customers.
- Must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region
- Regular Participation in Community Outreach Events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. /B.A. in business administration, marketing or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 Year of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience
- Prior Health Care experience
